The aim of the OZEV EV Chargepoint grant is to help offset the upfront cost of switching to an EV. The grant provides 75% (up to £350) towards the cost of installing EV chargers for a specific group of applicants:

Eligible vehicles include all full-battery electric vehicles, but plug-in hybrid vehicles must have CO2 emissions calculated to be under 50g/km. To claim the grant, the procedure differs based on whether you live in a house or a flat, but in both cases, you must claim before the installation of your home charger. Homeowners are no longer eligible to apply for an OZEV grant.
